3.Q: Could you provide free sample of filter bag/cloth?

A: Yes, we could provide free sample if the value not big, but the courier charge will be on your side.

4.Q: What’s your payment terms ?

A: Mainly accept West Union and T/T, L/C, DP is also available for big amount.

For Samples: 100% in advance via West Union or T/T.

Formal order: 50%T/T in advance and balance against the Copy of B/L. Other payment terms can be further discussed. 

5.Q: Can I get your products with our logo and design ?

A: Most of products are OEM or ODM with your logo and customized products will be charged extra.

6.Q: What is your delivery time ?

A:In normal condition, the delivery time is 7-15days for regular products if we have enough raw material.

For big order quantity, we'll firstly try our best to meet your demand and provide you the shortest delivery time.
