Product Description
Chevron conveyor belt is composed of base belt and chevrons.
The shape and height are different due to material and inclination.
Shallow & deep shallow pattern can be offered.
Herringbone pattern & strip-type pattern can be offered.
Can produce special pattern according to buyer's requirements.
Herring-bone pattern:
There is herring-bone pattern higher than belt on the surface of belt.The profile may be either open- end or closed.Each kind of pattern includes three types:high,medium and low.
It can conveyor powered,granulated and small lump materials at the inclination not more than 40degree as well as packaged material.
Granulated pattern:
There is granular pattern concave or convex on the surface.
The pro-traded pattern conveyor belt is suitable for conveying soft packed materials or others.The belt can be operated at a inclination less than 45degree to convey the granular materials.
The width of chevron conveyor belt that we can provide is from 500mm to 1600mm.

Chevron conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees.
