ZH-800-2A-2 steel grating welding machine line is comprised of gantry type welding machine, double-layer flat steel feeding device, cross bar auto falling device, steel grating hauling device, hydraulic & pneumatic system, cooling system, electric control system, etc. And the auxiliary equipments contains Steel grating crosscut sawing machine (cutting machine) ; The cross bars'(twisted steel) drawing, straightening and cutting machine; The closed loop cooling tower.
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
1. STEEL GRATING WELDING MACHINE
1.1 Raw materials:
1.1.1 Suitable material: hot-roll steel or cold-roll steel.
1.1.2 Bearing flat bar:
width 25-60mm(adjustable), thickness 2-5mm，
Length≤6000mm
1.1.3 Cross bar: （5×5~6×6）×1050mm
1.2 Finished steel gratings
1.2.1 Size of finished gratings: 1000 x 6000mm (W x L) (adjustable)
1.2.2 Space between flat bars: 30, 40mm (adjustable)
1.2.3 Space between cross bars: 50，100mm (adjustable)

Function:
1. The equipment can be able to cut all kinds of steel grating in a variety of materials, steel grating’s dimension: 6000mm (L) × 1050mm (W)
2. The equipment has it’s necessary sawing table, also has the extension table, the length from the feed end of the table extension is 6000mm, the length of discharging extend end table is 2000mm.
3. The equipment has the compression capabilities when sawing the steel grating.

Function.

3. It can straight the Disc-shaped twisted steel and cut to the length according to customers’ requirement. The length is adjustable.

4. The closed loop cooling tower
A. Description:
Closed loop cooling tower, the working fluid (water or other liquid) circulate in the coil of the closed cooling tower, the heat of fluid absorbed by the wall of the coil, discharge outside of the machine through the fan at the top of the wall of the heat. When the fluid’s temperature is very high (exceed the set temperature), automatically start spray system, the spray water in the heat pipe wall will form a water film evaporates into steam, and will be taken away by the flow of air. And the water droplets could not be evaporated falls to the sump to recycle, the fluid inside the coil closed loop. And it’s minimal consumption, and shower water’s consumption is only 0.1 to 0.2% per unit flow rate.
B. Function:
1. There is no debris coming into the cooling circuit system, which occurred in the pipeline clogging.
2. It can adopt the soft water cooling, and it not generates the scale at high temperatures, and cause pipes’ damage.
3. Small footprint, no need to dig pool, save water and reduce energy consumption.
4. Using the air-cooled + evaporation endothermic double cooling, with high cooling efficiency.
