 The Function 

 

Basically having the air (nitrogen and oxygen) in packed bottles/ Cans makes few difficulties which explained here in below:

 

1)      The life time of the product will decrease due to existing oxygen.

2)      The product will have expansion or contraction due to area temperature such as sunshine, refrigerator or ambient temperature and it can cause deformation of the bottles.

3)      The bottles/ Cans  are not strong enough for labeling and transportation.

4)      Taste, color and freshness of the products will change.

5)      For hot fillings, after the product became cold it can cause deformation of the bottles/ Cans due to contraction.
