This is a machine that includs automatically washing, filling and capping(three parts in a unit), specially designed for 3 or 5 gallon bottle, 19-20 liters bottle are also workable. Production capcity has 60B/H, 100B/H, 120B/H, 150B/H. 200B/H ,300 B/H ,450 B/H ,600 B/H ,900 B/H ,1200 B/H and so on . In order to achieve the purpose of multipe injection of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer , washing soluction can be used in circulary .the sealer can seal bottle caps automatically . the line equipments with water spraying device caps of bottles discharging .it is a new kind of barreled water auto production line ,which integrates

Washing Part
Inner bottle washing station, by detergent washing, clean water washing, pure water washing, each washing station controlled by washing pump accordingly. Hot caustic washing: is equipped with temperature controller effectively, save energy. Clean water washing :clean the residual alkali liquor and effectively avoid cross infection between caustic soda and potions. Medicine washing: kill the alkali resistance bacterial.
Filling Part
After washing, the bottles are transferred to the filling station. Here the bottles are filled accurately by filling valves. The filling valves are very accurate and give equal filling to every bottle.
