Hydraulic Static Pile Driver-ZYC Series
features with no noise, no vibration, no pollution, high piling efficiency, and excellent piling quality, it has wide application in pile pressing, the specifications range from 90 to 1200 tons piling press to suit different foundation conditions and customers, meanwhile, we can provide special design for customer's requirement.
The pile driver is composed of clamping box, pile pressing mechanism, rise mechanism, travel mechanism, crane,hydraulic system, electric system and so on. It can finish all the pile lifting, pile pressing (including press side and corner pile), travel, and steering.
Applications:
The machine is convenient to press concrete spun pile, square pile, H pile, and other precast piles at the site of:
1. Clay, soft soil, sand layer, etc.
2. Noise regulated urban area.
3. Vibration regulated areas, such as, near old buildings, precision instrument buildings, subway, overpass,etc.
advantages:
1. better than hammer for coastline cities and river-line cities: as hammer will make much noise and pollution during working,it is not good choice in cities,our hydrualic static pile driver will avoid all the problems.
2. the working efficiency is high,can press the pile with 500meter per day.
3.suitable for any shape of pile:concrete pile,steel tube,sheet pile,H-pile,round pile,square pile and so on.
4.save cost for renting crane:it has its own crane to lift the pile to do piling,this can save cost to buy or rent crane.
5.it is very stable and not easy to sink to the mud.
6.the piling capacity is much bigger than diesel hammer ,better for the foundation .
