This equipment is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested.

The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension.

It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The highest production speed is 120-160m/min.

This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory. This equipment can process raw paper of 1.75m(75B type) in width. There are two types of this model

 

The production process is : unreeling —→ embossing —→perforating—→furl—→slitting.

 

Equipment Function & Character:

1.The machine is with international advanced PLC programmable controlling technical, frequency conversion speed-regulator, electronic brake and man-machine interface operation table. The multi functions mounting on this machine has won the favor and credit among users by their profound practicability.

 

2.Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.

 

3.Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine;the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.

 

4.Automatic roll core splicing unit without manual core feeding; Auto edge trimming, glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time, which had materialized the popular technique of edge-trimming and tail-gluing as well as auto pushing out the final products after rewinding;

 

5. Monitoring system on broken paper or torn edge under high-speed running the equipment; Jumbo roll tension controlling system; Pneumatic lifting the jumbo roll;

 

6.It can work together with color printing and rewinding machine or glue laminating unit to produce kitchen towel.
