1. We adopt the international three-dimensional design soft: SolidWorks, user-friendly interface,it can catch the design idea of designer automatically and guide design, modify the staff organization chart. 

2. We have 5 structure engineer and two electrical engineer.

3. Our company spent around $800 thousand to research the new products every year.

    We are a factory, we provide ODM&OEM services.

    We mainly produce led commercial light.(downlight, track light, Grill light,High bay and etc.)

Q3.Do you have the ability to do independent research and development?

    Two teams in our R&D department. One team have 3 electronics engineers and 3 structural engineer,they are responsible for upgrade and support technical old product in production. The others one is responsible for design some special and new product to open the new market. Every years, Obals invests 15% to 20% of turnover on novel and patented product.We also collect regularly customer feedback, products improvement and new product requirement.

    Our products have passed CE, RoHS, SAA and etc 

Q5.How about the delivery time ?

    Sample order :3-5days ;mass production: 15-25days

Q6.How can you control the quality ?

    8 people in Q.C department to ensure the product quality. From raw materials, electronic components,online production, 100% aging test, package and shipment, each component will be through precise inspection.We control the products quality from processing, assembling to real time monitoring, which provide stable performance, excellent product quality to our customers.
