Raw Material: Use A00 standard aluminium ingot (al≥99.7%) for melting.

 

 

 

Extruding: 42 extrusion lines from 600-ton to 5,000-ton, maximum extrusion diameter 350mm.

 

 

 

Anodizing: 3 anodizing lines for different surface coloring and electrophoresis. Main colors are silver, champagne, bronze, gold, black.

 

 

 

Powder coating: 3 vertical powder coating lines of GEMA from Switzerland; 6 horizontal powder coating lines of Randbury from Japan.

 

 

Warehousing and Loading: 4story warehouse with capacity of 30,000 tons; 12 elevators for fast stock and delivery of 200 tons per day.
