 Order and Delivery Process

1. You send us the profile drawings and your requirement about the die(including die blank size, cavity, your extrusion speed and you bolster drawings and so on)
2. Our offer, our suggestion together with the estimated delivery time will be send as per the files you supplied
3. You confirm our offer and suggestion
4. 30% advance payment transfer to our bank (if the order amount less than 20,000 dollars, you should pay 100% advance payment, if the order amount more than 20,000 dollars, you can pay 30% in advance, the balance should be paid before delivery)
5. We will send our die design drawings after receipt your advance payment.
6. you confirm our die drawings or send us your comments
7. we start to produce the dies
8. couple days later, packing list will be sent to your forwarder agent in shanghai to order the airline
9. Cargo will be dispatched to shanghai airport after receipt of your balance.
10. Documents for customs clearance will be send by email as per your requirements
11. we will supply die correct suggestion if necessary
