Medical Oxygen is the most widely used medical gas in modern hospitals, it is necessary in medical servicing.

Traditionally, the Medical Oxygen is supplied by Oxygen Cylinders (Directly, or by Medical Oxygen Manifold Systems). Until now, Oxygen Cylinders are still the most widely used medical oxygen source equipments in hospitals.

However, for some big hospitals, they may need much Medical Oxygen everyday. In this situation, to adopt a set of Medical Oxygen Plant system is an economical project.

 

1, Project Brief

Medical Oxygen Plant System (PSA Oxygen Generator) is a special customized oxygen plant system for Medical Gas Pipeline System as Medical Oxygen Source equipments for hospitals;

According customer's requesting, the oxygen generating capacity of the system shall be 3~200m³/h, oxygen purity as 93~96%, for medical using, and a filling system to fill oxygen into oxygen cylinders is optional equipments;

3, Working Principle

(1) Air Compressor: To supply air as the material for PSA. Also, it pressurizes the air to 7Bar pressure;

(2) Compressed Air Purification System;

(3) The processed compressed air comes in the absorbing tanks. In tanks, the nitrogen is absorpted by Molecular Sieve, and the oxygen is preserved. In this system, there are 2pcs of absorbing tanks. One is used for absorbing nitrogen, another is used for re-generating. These 2pcs of absorbing tanks are controlled by PLC automatically to make them work alternately.
