1 Product Introduction

LCZ Pure Steam Generator is combined with internal and abroad technology, with reasonable design, advanced technology, unique internal spiral tree-grade separating technology. The pyrogen and endotoxin are removed thoroughly. And Produce higher purity steam. The machine is conform to the GMP standard.

LCZ Pure Steam Generator is composed of pre-heating machine, evaporation machine, water pump and so on. The frame is made of stainless steel 304. Evaporation machine and pre-heating machine are arranged equally. Use serried type pipes for heat change, film falling evaporation, reasonable water distributing, and make sure water is distributed equally on each evaporating pipe. Use three-grade separating technology, water is fully evaporated. Other water pump, pipes, valves and electrical machines are designed in right place, the material that contact the water and steam all use Stainless steel 316. Pipe connection has no dead corner or backwater area. The appearance of the machine looks very nice.
