Self-shielding flux cored welding wire AWS A5.20 E71T-11

 is used in all positions for welding  especialy in vertical up welding.

 

Gasless flux cored welding wire E71T-11,E71T-GS, E71T8-Ni1 ,E70T-4,E70T-6, E71T-7, E71T-8 etc.

 

  

E71T-11 is a self-shielding flux cored wire used for welding carbon steels.  This product does not require a shielding gas and can be used in limited multi-pass welding operations.  The bead appearance is not equal to a gas-shielded product, but the benefits of not having to use gas makes this product popular.  E71T-11 operates on straight polarity only (DCEN).

2.The package during transportation.

For flux cored welding wire ,the packing is wrapped with volatile corrosion inhibitor paper, vaccum packed with aluminium foilbags the packing can be anti-oxidize during transportation. 

 

3.How long do you take to put the product on the ship? 

The average delivery time is 2weeks after received the deposit and confirm the packing.
