Product introduction(JK-ZX04):

           

This machine is used for the preparing process of twice coil inserting craft. It adopts the mode of internal expanding and external collecting to pre-forming the inner bores, excircle and end height of coils at both ends of the motor stator. Its working principle is: expands the coils covering on the slots entirely through the expanding blades of the tooling after first coil insertion, spares the slot space so as to do the 2nd coil insertion.
