Product introduction(JK-YZ01):

 

This machine is vertical cold chamber die casting machine, it carries out transmission and control through machinery, electrical equipment, hydraumatic and pneumatic etc;

This machine is constituted of machine body, die assembly, injection, electric, hydraumatic, lubrication, cooling, products picking and waste recovery etc. parts;

It adopts water cooling ways for hydraulic system and injection punch cooling;

The material of main parts for tooling is 3Cr2W8V, uses quenching, plasma nitriding etc. technologys;

The working life for punch in theory is over 20,000 die times;

The accurate rotating indexing work is conducted by the motor, reducer, splitzer, totally eight work stations, it rotates 45° each time;

The tact time for one workflow is 8s;

Only need to change the middle die sleeve for different stack height of the same product

It adopts English/Chinese HMI operating control, which has breakdown self-diagnostic function;

The machine is equipped with necessary installing and maintenance tools;
