The ergonomic seat design places the rider in a naturally relaxed position, and gives full support for an incredibly comfortable ride. First, the seat bottom is large. This means the pressure applied to your rear is small. Next, the shoulder high seat back and headrest supports you, eliminating almost all stress on your back and head. The nylon mesh of the seat absorb road shock, further helping to increase comfort.

Q: What accessories do you supply?
A: We supply mirrors, fenders, headrest, rear rack and flagpole. They are free accessories.

Q: I am 190 cm tall and weight 100 kg. Is the trike suitable for me?
A: Yes. Our trike is suitable for 160 to 195 cm height and the max. load is 125 kg. If you are not in the range, we can customize it for you.

Q: Does the trike come with separate parts or assembled?

A: It comes 40% assembled.

Q. Is it difficult to assemble for the average person? Would I need any tools?
A: It will require 1-2 hours of assembling and adjusting for the average person. We will provide the tools and assembly instruction.

Q. Do the bike shops have parts to make repairs, as needed?
A: All of the consumable parts used to build your trike are standard bicycle components that your local bike shop will be able to service.

Q. What is your warranty?
We provide a 3-year warranty for the frame, a 1-year warranty for other parts (With exception of usage and wear and tear).

In accordance with our years of experience shipping to over 50 countries, we utilize various shipping methods. And for all shipping methods, we pack our trikes in individual carton boxes.
