44kw K4100ZD Ricardo diesel engine :

1. The series of diesel engines are optimized designed by contain the structure performance , high intensity of the original diesel engine . The performance and operating are thus more steady and the lifetime of engine has been prolonged . 

2. All series engines are developed on the basis of original model by optimizing its fuel system , air intake and exhaust system , cooling system and transmitting system . Its power can be used more efficiently .

3. "Shenghan" engine with perfect spare arts , various air filter , muffler , alternator , starter , fan , radiator , oil cooler , electrical stop part , electrical governor , and so on . We can design according to customers special demand . 

4. 42CrMo high-pressure forged steel crankshaft , white journals and rolled fillets are subject to high-frequency quenching to improve fatigue strength and wear resistance . 

5. Wet liner with higher body support from the bottom , and patented 4 valves per cylinder technique effective reduces the noise .6. Lower emission and lower noise are environmentally . 

7. Credible alternator : all the generator are manufactured with world famours brand American Stamford alternator , TFW serial 3-phrase AC synchronous alternator , TZH and STC 3-phase AC synchronous alternator . 

8. High-efficiency vibration absorber can make sure that the generator set runs steadily .

9. Special noise elimination setting restrain machinery noise , and the noise can be lowered below 75db . 

10. Install AMF or ATS system as customer's requirement , in order to acheive automation controller for generator set .
