    A: 100% T/T in advance. We do not have a paypal account at present.

 

2. Q: Do you have a price list?

 

     A: We do not have a published list, however you can contact customer service and they can supply you with the pricing that you need.

 

3. Q: What are your warranties?

 

    A: 12 months from the date of invoice. Renew offer the free maintenance or replacement of malfuctioning products.

 

4. Q: Can you accept OEM?

 

     A: Yes, need your trademark authorization letter.

 

5. Q: What about the package?

 

     A: All use thickening export carton with "RENEW" mark, you specified mark or none.

 

6. Q: Do you provide sample?

 

     A: Yes, free sample can provide to you, express freight collect.

 

7. Q: Do you accept small order quantity?

 

     A: Yes, order quantity without limited.

 

8. Q: How about the delivery mothod?

 

     A: In small quantity, we suggest by express DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS......  If not by sea or by air transport.
