Product Description
PP PE plastic recycling machine line
This line could process hard HDPE articles, like bottles, bucket, and soft LDPE plastic, like film, woven bags, etc.
PP PE crushing and washing recycling line
This whole line is used to crush and wash the PP PE, HDPE LDPE PP, like film / milk bucket / oil barrel, etc.
The final output is clean and dry PP PE flakes.
These processed plastic flakes could be directly sold out or furtherly processed by granulator machine into pellet shape sold out at a higher price.
Plastic Crusher
This plastic crusher will crush the waste PP PE plastic into flakes of 1.5 - 28mm (could be adjusted as per customers' need).
High-speed friction-washing Machine
This friction-washing machine will serve both the high-speed friction and washing with water. It will clean the plastic flakes from the screw feeder through the rotation of high-sppeed worm shaft and motor leaves with water.
This machine could be arranged one piece or two consecutive pieces of it for better cleaning effect.
Floating washing tank
This floating tank will take advantage of the weight difference between the flakes and the dirties & the impurities and thus different gravity. It will float those impurities and dissolve those dirties with water. The flakes will sink down to the bottom of the tank, and transported into the next screw feeder with rotating bottom worm leaves.
Dryer Machine
This horizontal dewatering machine will finish the dehydration process of the flakes from floating tank with its centrifugal force.
Pipeline dryer and Storage Silo
This pipeline dryer machine will complete the transportaion of plastic flakes out of dewatering machine to the storage silo.
This machine not only send the plastic flakes into the storage silo, but also make the flakes out of the dewatering machine drier.
Storage Silo
This storage silo is used for packing those clean and dried Flakes into bags for easy transportation.
