Construct: 

Included of electric control system, mixing head, chemical tanks, metering pumps, conditioning controller of temperature, rotational speed and pressure display, cleaning system, air washing system, vacuum system and bed frame etc.

Configuration:

Taiwan TCG motors, JINGWEI metering pumps, CHINT or Schneider electrical elements, SANCH frequency controllers, XINJIE PLC and touch screen etc, most of them can be customer designed according to demands.

Working Condition (MOCA curing agent for example):

Mixing Ratios: 100:5-20 for Prepolymer and MOCA;

Processing Temperatures: 80-100 degrees Celsius for prepolymer, 100-120 degrees Celsius for MOCA.
