1.Production Information

The whole line can be mainly classified into two parts:enrobing machine and cooling tunnel.Enrobing machine adopts automatic temperature control for heating,hot water circulation system,chocolate transmission from storage barrel.Cooling tunnel assembles special circle ventilation.

4.Our Services

 

4.1 Payment Trems

>30% of Invoice value should be paid by T/T after signing the Contract;

>70% of Invoice value should be paid by T/T or L/C before the goods leave the Seller’s factory.

 

4.2 Installation and Commissioning

 

The manufacturer will take charge for the installation and commissioning. But the labor cost (80USD/DAY) and round–trip flight ticket /food/hotel/local transport/personal insurance and other cost of the technicians are for the buyer’s account.

 

The user shall provide common tools for installation and debugging and the purchaser shall be responsible for special tools (if required).

 

4.3 Training for Operator and maintainer

 

The training for operator and maintainer are normally carried out by manufacturer during and after installation and commissioning by our commissioning technician. Manufacturer will try their best to give both operators and maintainer a full understanding and make both of them can successfully operate and maintain the equipment.

 

4.4 Quality Guarantee

 

The wafer production line is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee for a guarantee period that lasts twelve months commencing from the date of the <Certificate of Acceptance> signed by buyer after installation and commissioning finished of the line. However, not exceeding fifteen months after the date of arrival in port of destination.
