Container Floor Advantage:  1.Our production all made by import hardwood , and Apitong  panels on F/B, hardwood is container flooring manufacturing only choose, now many domestic factories made by eucalyptus and  poplar, these two tree species are fast-growing wood, grew  only 5-8 years, so the cells thick, wood is soft, can’t use of  bearing plate,but the growth cycle of imported hardwood is  about 50 years,it's strong enough.   2. Our products using imported hardwood and apitong from Burma,  accordance 3*3 special structure for container, to ensure the    product in stable quality. The core is composed by 21 layers of  equal thickness veneer and two layer apitong wood panel on face by  the waterproof glue, the total thickness is fixed at 28 ± 0.5mm,  the surface and back and in the middle are 3 layers whole panel.This  new structure comparing with normal 19 layers flooring ,plywood,  elastic modulus and bending strength has obviously improved,  in 7.26 tons of car pressure box test, the qualified rate improved  obviously.
