Description

Vernier caliper is a measuring tool. It mainly used for measuring the length, outer diameter and depth of the object.

 

Vernier calipers is composed by two parts, main caliper and the vernier that can slide freely.

 

There is a pair of jaws on the bottom of the IV type vernier caliper, it is outside measuring jaws. The outside measuring jaws is mainly used for measuring the length and outer diameter.

Maintenance method 

After using it, please clean the vernier caliper by cotton yarn. 

It should be rub in grease or engine when it won’t used long time.

Close the two jaws and tighten the screws tightly,then put into the box.
