      One step injection blow molding machine, suitable for PE,PP,PS,PC etc material blowing under volume 800ml,which is designed to make plastic bottle with exacting weight, size, volum tolerance and quality. It produces more finished bottles per cycle without deflashing and trimming, IBM is used widely in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, chemical industry etc.

Machine feature:

1). The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, double pillars, which enlarge the space of setting mould, will be easier to install mould.

2). Adoption of tie-bar protection makes open / clamping mould work while transfer table rise / fall, so the production efficiency improve obviously. (Optional)

3). VDP pump get further power consumption saving in system.

4). Servo motor system gives deeper power consumption saving (Optional)

5). Injection clamping adopts the structure of three oil vats and small supply-oil case, hence the speed of open / clamping will be quicker and the bearing pressure of mould will be more equally.

6). Adopt six-pole motor, lower noise, lower energy consumption

7). Special thickness of working platform is made of QT material, excellent mechanics function, difficult to distortion.

8). More language operation system, English, Spanish,Portuguese etc. intelligent microcomputer control system, flexible hanging arm constructer, which assure machine operation conveniently.

9). Very bigger mould installation size with enough clamping force, to meet client lots of output requirement, such as for 2ml-30ml,80000 pcs per day, Usually longer 50mm in mould length than similar type of other suppliers. Give client possible favor to meet bigger output requirement. Production scope from 2ml-1200ml.
