I. Confirmation of quality and price.
A. making offer and sample upon the sample which is provided by clients

II. Confirmation of packing
A. According to the specification we supplied or clients supplied, clients supply artwork (including outer packing, inner packing and pictures with words and relevant information), and send them to us in the format of photoshop/ freehand.
B. We are responsible for arranging packing factory to make samples for clients to confirm. Clients should bear the sample costs.
III. Deposit
Clients remit deposit 30-50% by T/T to us.
IV. We start arranging packing factory to manufacture packing and then start production after the packing are ready.
V. The whole production is finished.
VI. The client remits 60% by T/T to our account.
VII. We send a bill of lading to clients by Express or telex release.
FAQ
USEFUL TIPS BEFORE YOU START:
For better results, apply color to dry hair that is free of stying product build-up.
If your hair has been recently permed or relaxed, Wait at least one week.
Protect clothing and other surfaces to help prevent staining.
DO NOT USE IF :
1.You have already had a reaction to a haircolor product.
2.You have a sensitive,itchy or damaged scalp.
3.If you have a tattoo,the risks of an allergic reaction may be increased.
4.Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before each use of this product,as allergies can develop suddenly,even though you have perviously used a 5.haircolor product from this brand or another skin allergy test instructions.

ALLERGY TEST:
1.Cleanse an area the size of a quarter behind the ear or on the inner surface of the forearm using either soap and water.
2.Using a plastic utensil, mix a few drops of the developer with a few drops of the color cream (1 to 1 ratio).
3.Apply mixture to the test area with a cotton swab or ball.
4.Let test spot dry. after 48 hours, wash the area gently with soap and water.
5.If no irritation or inflammation is apparent, it is usually assumed that no hypersensitivity to the dry exists. the test should, however, be carried out before each application.
