Roadphalt high-performance cold paving additive, asphalt and aggregate according to certain processing technology, 

with an appearance of black grainlike solid, slight petroleum smell, insoluble in water, insensitive to motive impact and

static electricity, and with stable properties. The product can be used in all weather, suitable for patching all kinds of 

road pavement in all weather and environment (even in water), and it can ensure to repair holes, functional ruts, coats 

or the edges of cement concrete perpetually and simply use without the need of mixing or adhesive layer.
