The SZS230 model machine is an economical top rotation type tablet sieving machine. It has three functions such as tablet grinding, dust removing and lifting. The machine inlet can be connected with any model of tablet press and the outlet can be connected with metal detectors. It can realize the linked production mode including tablet grinding, dust removing, lifting and metal foreign matters detection
The SZS200F model tablet sieving machine is a brand new machine researched and developed successfully by our company according to China's actual conditions after absorbing and digesting internationally advanced technology. The machine has three functions such as tablet dust removing, lifting and sieving. The machine inlet can be connected with any model of tablet press and the outlet can be connected with metal detectors. After connected with the vacuum cleaner, the tablet sieving machine can realize the linked production mode including tablet dust removing, tablet sieving and metal detection. As an indispensable piece of production equipment, the machine is widely applied for solid preparation production in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also widely used in such industries as chemical industry, food, etc.
Principle:
The machine is composed of chassis, lifting system, vibrating system, sieving system and speed control system. When it works,turn on the power supply to adjust the rotation speed. The tablet sieving cylinder will rotate. The tablets will enter the machine from the equipment in the previous procedure. After tablet sieving, the tablets will flow to the hopper through the discharge outlet.

1. Long tablet dust removing path, automatic tablet face turning and grinding, and high tablet sieving efficiency
2. It adopts a quick installed connection structure, making it more convenient to disassemble, install and clean the machine.
3. It adopts modular design and the outlet height is easy to adjust.The feeding inlet and discharge outlet can be subject to 360° adjustment.
4. The production speed adopts stepless adjustment. With stable production efficiency, it is suitable for batch production of tablets of different diameters.
5. The tablet sieving plate is dismountable. Without any dead corner for cleaning, it meets GMP requirements.
