Application:
It is applied to liquid preparation and various water treatment process in purgative area,such as infusion solution, injection
solution, eye drop, oral liquid and blood preparation. It is used for mixing liquid products in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, food and drinks fields.
We have different kinds of agitators
Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impellers. The range of its rotating speed is 50-400rpm or 50-800rpm. It is applied to many products, such as eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid, and water, media culture, or simialr products , etc.
Top mechancial agitator with propeller impellers. The range of its rotating speed is fixed 71rpm or adjustable 20-200rpm, or we can make it according to your special requirements. This kind of agitator is applied to mix syrup, injection, blood, oral liquid, and
culture media, etc.
Top mechanical agitator with anchor or frame impellers, its rotating speed is from 10-70rpm. It use for mixing higher viscosity, supension and it can be used for sediment or oral liquid, etc.
Top emusification homogenizer, its max speed is 2900rpm for small vessels, 1480rpm is for bigger tanks. This kind of agitator
has the highest viscosity, and it is used for suspension, oil, fat emulsification, etc.
Bottom emusification homogenizer, its parameters are the same as the top emusification homogenizer. Certainly, it is used for suspension, oil, fat emulsification, etc.
One tank can install one agitator, if our clients have special requirements, the tank can install two agitators together.
Product technical description of pharmaceutical / medicine stainless steel tank / container:
Specification: 10L~30000L
Material: SS316L or SS304
Surface finish: inside surface is Ra0.28~0.4μm by mechanical polish. (passivation or electropolish are optional). Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by satin finish.
Pressure: ATM or pressure vessel (-0.1~1Mpa)
Structure: Single layer vessel, vessel with jacket, vessel with jacket and insulation
Jacket type: dimple jacket, full jacket, or coil jacket
Insulation material: rock wool
Components can be equipped as requests:
Standard components: manhole or handhole, sight glass, cleaning ball
Optional components:
vent filter with Pall cartridge or Chinese brand cartridge
temp. gauge, display on the gauge directly on the vessel
temp sensor pt100, digital display on the control cabinet by instrument
