The vernier height gages is called height gauge for short. Just as its name implies, it is mainly used for measure the height of workpieces, and is also often used to measure the shape and the location tolerance size, sometimes it used for scribing.

 

Vernier height gages is used to measure the height of workpieces and do precise scribing.

 

Its structure characteristics is use the large base to replace the fixed measuring claws, and the moving caliper frame is equipped with the claws to measure the height and mark by the cross arm.

 

The measuring surface of claws is with the hard alloy, which can lengthen the service life of measuring claws.
