Method of application:
•   Mix AB agent thoroughly until completely combined. •   Using the mixer fully stirring for 5 to 10 minutes. •   Before coating, it will be filtered once through a 200-300 holes filter screen. •   The mixing ink of effective operating time is 6 hours. •   When the ink is used, room temperature should be controlled at 22C approximately, and ensure constant temperature and humidity.
Vulcanization conditions:
•   Vertical oven: 180C, 20 minutes •   LR conveyer belt: 220C, 7 minutes
Tips:
•   Because of the character of volatile solvent, when using the coating ink, please pay attention to ventilation, and keep away from flame and heat. •   Avoid long time contacting with skin. After the vapor is inhaled or contact with the skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap-suds. •   Storage period: 6 moths at normal temperature without any catalysts being added.
Application:
It is a kind of double fluid heating curing coating conductive inks, with stable resistance value, excellent adhesion, good abrasion resistance, bright appearance, high tearing strength, etc, especially used in silicone rubber cable accessories, such as composite insulator, lightning arrester, and so on.

Attentions:

1. This agent including volatile solvent, please keep ventilating and far away from heat and open flame. 
2. Avoid skin contact for a long time and vapor inhalation, if happens,washing with soap once skin contact.
3. The operating environment is important for coating process, please work in dust-free plant at constant temperature 15~45°C and constant humidity at 15~80%.
4. During the operating process, more dust pollution and more NG products, as the changing of temperature and humidity, bad property of flowability and adhesion strength will be appeared by low temperature, and the higher humidity will cause coating shrinkage cavity, the lower humidity will cause potential safety hazard and whity by static.

 

Storage:

 

Stored at room temperature for 6 months without mixing.This products has sediments belong to the normal situation. Please shake well before using.
