Description

Brief Introduction:

 

This machine is advanced dying equipment for the hank yarns. It is a main machine for the dying and finishing of the hank yarns of the natural fibers, artificial fibers and blended fibers under normal temperature (max. Temperature 100°C) and normal pressure, with wide suitability, good dying and finishing quality. Technological processes such as refined swelling, bleaching, rinsing, softing and dying etc can be accomplished in one yarn-loading operation. Its installed capacity can be from 5Kg to 500Kg (wool), length of reeled coil is between 1016 to 1830 mm (40 to 75 inch). It is an ideal fabrication equipment for the before & after treatment and dying of the wool, silks, artificial wool and spun rayon fabric etc.

 

 

The machine is made of high quality corrosion resistant stainless steel, both strong and durable. Four stages speed-changing belt pulley is used for the fabrications of different kinds of the yarns. Its circulating is rationally designed to make the dye bath to be uniformly flown, so as to ensure the quality of the fabrication.

 

 

Technical performances & features:

 

1.Flowing of the dyeing bath can be automatically changed by the control of the computer, to make the dye bath to be circulatedly flown leftward & rightward, upward & downward, so as to ensure the uniformity of the dying of the hank yarns.

 

2.Depending on the requirement of hank yarns, technologies of different kinds of reeled yarns, speed of the axial-flow pump can be changed by means of multi-stage speed-changing belt pulley, so as to adjust the times of circulating of the dye bath.

 

3.The machine is equipped with heating tubes, and steam jet tubes as well, on the top and bottom. They can directly make heating and indirectly heat-keeping.

 

 

4.Flow-guiding plate can effectively prevent the hank yarn from being wound during the treatment process.

 

5.All the materials of the machine are of the acid- & alkali – resistant stainless steel. Stainless steel plate 304 is used for the part, contacting with the dying bath, of the vat.

 

6. The outer box is equipped with the sampler.
