QUESTIONS AND ANSWER
1. Payment?
Excuse me, our company only receive production and delivery after paying total payment. If one order more than 2000USD, production after 50% advance payment can be received, pay 50% balance before delivery.
2. Delivery time?
The custom-made resistor is no inventory, because we produce resistor according to requirement of customers. It will take some time to produce. Normal production cycle is:5~7 working days per 1000 pieces of high voltage resistor; 15~20 working days per 100 pieces of oxide film resistor; 10~15 working days per 500 pieces of wire wound resistor.
If there are special situation, negotiate when communicating.
3. Whether offering sample?
Our company can offer samples for customers. In general case, the samples are not free, because little quantity add the cost. If there are special situation, negotiate when communicating.
4. About the price and discount?
Because of exploiting the overseas market, the price we send to customer is concessional, lower than homeland. If one order more than 5000USD, it will be 1%~2% discount at total payment. For long term cooperation customer, if annual purchase more than 30000USD, it will be executed value engineering, more concessional for customer.
5. Warranty period?
One year, from the date of leaving factory.
6. Technical assistance?
Our company can provide long free technical assistance. Our technicist can discuss the technical problem with customer about resistor, until solved questions.
7. Freight?
All the price is excluding freight. The customer will pay the freight.
