1.  Introduction

The ASMA series is designed for small batch if piece dyeing. Low liquor ratio. Small power consumption and fast fabric turn around time ensure the dyeing quality and result. Production dyeing recipe and process technique can be applied directly without modification. It is available in 4 sizes namely 5kg, 25kg, 50kg and 100kg.

 

 

 

2. standard features

 

 

l        Machine body and major wetted parts made of  316/316L highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.

 

l        Heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump for optimal dye liquor circulation.

 

l        Lifter reel driven by frequency invertor controlled motor.

 

l        Service tank with feed pump and valve system. (SME-5 does not come with feed pomp)

 

l        Highly efficient heat exchanger for fast heating and cooling.

 

l        Level indicator.

 

l        Pneumatic filling and draining valves.

 

l        Seam detector.
