JASU V-650S Twin Pallet CNC Vertical Milling Machine 3 Axis CNC Machine Center

V-650S is a CNC vertical machining center for milling, tapping, boring, reaming etc of metallic material parts, developed by JASU based on introduced new manufacturing technology. Machine body is designed by FEA, obtaining high rigidity and thermal stability. Machine frame adopts of moving column and moving beam, rotary worktable structure. 3 axis make constant mass linear motion, which are irrelevant to workpiece weight. So wearing of 3 axes transmission parts are small in long term use and precision stability is very good. Three axes are equipped with high precision high speed linear guide made in Taiwan (Hiwin or PMI). Large diameter ballscrews ensures precision and stable positioning motion. Pallet changer saves workpiece clamping and unclamping time. 

Column moves longitudinally on base as Y axis.

Beam moves up and down on column as Z axis.

Headstock moves horizontally on beam as X axis.

JASU V-650S Twin Pallet CNC Vertical Milling Machine Features::

1.Machine bed:  JASU V-650S CNC Vertical Milling Machine bed is made HT-300 inoculated iron casting material, internal stress eliminated by special method. With the exquisite design, the bed has the excellent performance for machining and accuracy requirements.

2.Transmission Shaft: JASU V-650S CNC Milling Machine  adopts P4 grade linear guide for X/Y/Z axes, obtaining high speed and high precision;

3.Ballscrews: C3 grade pretensioned ballscrews are adopted for JASU V-650S CNC Milling Machine  to ensure high accuracy of positioning. Ballscrews are directly driven by servo motors, which has lower vibration than belt driven and decrease the transmission torque loss ;

4.Spindle Motor: High quality motor make sure that the lathe perform well at high or low speed and light or heavy cutting(7.5/11Kw);

5.Electrical Cabinet: Heat exchanger is installed in electricity cabinet to guarantee the stable of system. Coiler is equipped out side, it is heat, oil and water-resistant;

6.Lubrication System: Automatic Centralized Lubrication System of  JASU V-650S Vertical CNC Milling Machine can provide timely and accuracy lubrication according to the lathe situation to make sure the machine can work continuously;

7.Advanced FANUC/Mitsubishi Controller.
