1). Features:

1. Ink anilox roller: ceramic anilox ink roller, lines 100PLI ~ 1000PLI, high speed dot reproduction rate, screen printing, structured, three-dimensional sense of strong, registering accurately

2. Ink: adopt automated circulation system, transport ink adopt single small motor;

3. Speed control: adopt Japan frequency speed control, small fluctuations running;

4. Unwinding correcting: adopt high-grade automated sensitive-photocell correcting system;

5. Unwinding and winding ways: adopt magnetic automatic tension control;

6. Ink input pattern : adopt unique doctor blade, and equipped with automatic ink pump unit;

7. Up and down version: adopt hydraulic automatic landing version;

8. Smooth roller: adopt special steel processing, and after special treatment, with10um plating hard chromium protective layer thick, beat within 0.02mm;

9. Led guid roller: adopt a small semi-sealed bearings produced in Japan, with static balance and dynamic balance treatment, hard oxidation treatment, small resistance, small beating;
