We need the following information:
Height: usually we will make it 900mm. 1000mm or 1100mm, if you have requirement about height, we can also match it
Length: what is the length of installing site? is it all staight and horizontal?
If there is stair used railings, send dimensions of your stairs
What is the material of the flooring? Is there wall?
Try your best to make a Hand Drawing (plan) of the site, related wall, ...
