• Luminous color powder coating is usually used topcoated for a metal substrate with a bright surface,such as aluminum sheet, galvanised sheet......
• Because a bright surface will perfectly display the final luminous effect.  
• But if the surface of the substrates is not bright eough, or rough, a primer must be used undercoated.
• A primer is usually a kind of hybrid powder coating. The color is usually white, yellow, red, green. 

POWDER PROPERTIES:  

• Specific gravity: 1.25-1.75(depend on colors)
• Particle size distribution(Laser Particle size analyser): Less than 5% above 100μm;50-65% above 32μm
• Average particle size:35-45μm
• Average Coverage:8-12 square meters/kg, thickness 60μm(100% of the powder coating utilization rate) 

SUBSTRATES AND PRE-TREATMENT:

          In order to obtain optimal anti-corrosion properties it is recommended to apply a chemical pretreatment prior to powder coating application

• Ferrous metals(cold rolled steel, cast iron ect.):Iron or Zinc phosphation
• Zinc surfaces(Galvanized steel, zinc alloy):Chromation or Zinc phophation
• Aluminum alloys:Chromatation 

STORAGE:

• Should be stored under dry conditions with good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 30°C
• Storage period recommended should not exceed 6 months, in case exceeding 6 months without affecting their free flowing properties, the powder will still have optimal characteristics.
• Should be protected from excessive heat, humidity, water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt ect.
• Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties may deteriorate with the moisture.

The minimum order for each color is 100kg ,at least 5 colors at a time .

2.Colors:
RAL color :we usually use RAL colors that is widely used in paint industry and easily find in market

Custom color : Color matching is available , if you have colors model ,please send to us for matching .

3.Prices:
Prices depend on the colors and using environment ,for prices please tell us the colors and using environment (indoor use or outdoor use).

4.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment,this is subject to the quantity .

5.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL)  or LC at sight .

6.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
Sample is free of cost,but  if you pay for the air freight we will highly appreciate .
