Function of quilting machine
1. Fuselage and beam and foot are reinforced, which help machine works more stably with high speed..
2. Needle bar running with needle bar frame,no need to add extra lube, avoid the materials be soiled by lube.
3. Firm and durable needle bar frame structure , so that to reduce the cost of maintenance.
4. X and Y axis are driven by servo equipment. Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device
5. The automatic oil refueling function can make the machine maintenance easier and prolongs the machine lfetime.
6. Adjust speed from 500rpm - 1200rpm by computer, the stitch can be set between 2mm-8mm.
7. New computer system, compatible to embroidery designs. 360°random quilting and limitless multi-span and tack and jump quilting.
8. Compensation function,an effective solution for looping pattern with thick material.
9. Advanced and practical testing upper thread broken techniques,the machine is auto-stop when thread is broken.
