A&Z adjustable aluminum Cramer wire mesh splint is vinyl coated and easily shaped to fit contour injures, pocket-sized solution for temporary setting of fractures, can be easily cut by the scissors. Two or more splints provide more immobilization. Use with a gauze and triangle bandage.

How to use:

1) Unroll splint to full length.

2) Then fold and shape to conform to the fractured limb.

3) Cover inside surface of wire mesh splint, which will be next to the flesh, with gauze or a triangular bandage.

4) Immobilize firmly in place with gauze bandage
5) Tie or fasten with adhesive tape.
