Titanium powder has long been used as an alloying additive for a variety of applications. Recently, technological advances in the production and use of titanium powder have opened doors into the fields of cold welding , powder metallurgy and metal injection molding.

This Titanium  powder is produced via the hydride-dehydride process. This process uses hydrogen to make titanium brittle enough to be crushed. The titanium is crushed into a fine powder and then the hydrogen is removed under vacuum. 
Using this process, we are able to produce both commercially pure and alloyed titanium powder in a wide range of particle sizes.
