About our carrier tape:

For Package:

Commonly we'll package the carrier tape with 22’’ paper reel. Then put the paper reel in clear PE bag and put them perfectly into one strong carton. If by ocean,we'll put the cartons on pallet to protect more better.

For Transportation:

We'll ship by express ( like Fedex & DHL & UPS & TNT & EMS ) or by ocean or by Air. We'll offer the different cost of them for your selection and ship as your requirement.

The carrier tape is not only a form of packaging, it is also an excellent way of feeding and positioning components during assembly processes.

Carrier tapes

Carrier tape has pockets that are shaped to match the contours of the component to be carried. Under EIA standards, carrier tape width is between 8 and 104 mm. There are sprocket holes down both sides of the tape; round with a radius of approximately 1.5 mm on one side and oval with a "radius" of 0.75 mm on the other. These holes enable precise presentation of the pocket to the pick and place unit.

Reels

We manufacture reels by injection moulding. They are made of polystyrene in different sizes and designs. By request we can also produce them in anti-static or conductive versions.

Cover tapes

The matching cover tapes are available in standard or anti-static versions for cold gluing or hot sealing.
