1. Materials : Aluminium alloy : 6060, 6061,6063,7005

    The material used are all A00 and above aluminium ingot. Never use aluminum waste or recyle ingot.      

    Temper : T5, T6

    The aluminium purity is above 99%.

2. Surface Treament : mill finish, anodized, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain, matted, etc.

   Color : Silver, Champagne, Bronze, Simulated stainless, Pearl black and golden color for anodizing,sandblast and  electrophoretic profiles.

                 Cream, white, blue, green ,yellow, and any color based on Standard Germany RAL Mark for powder coating profiles.

   Thickness : above 0.7mm .  Special &small profiles can reconsider.

    Composite Film: Class A film thickness≥20µm

                                    Class Bfilm thickness ≥16µm

    Anodize film :     10 µm ~15  µm

    Application : window and door,sliding window and door, case  window and door, thermal break window and door, glass curtain wall, industrial machine, heat sink, rolling shutter door, solar panel frame fishing rod ,decorative profiles etc.

3. Captability : 650-3000 tons all together 30 sets of Japan Mitsubishi extrusion lines.,being capable  to extrude from Φ90 to Φ300 mm diameter aluminum profiles.

 Produce  5000 ton/tons per month.

4.Delivery: Goods will be available for delivery within 20 days of the deposit being received.
