GF series:It is used for separating various emulsion, especially adaptable for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solid separation with a little foreign matter, such as separation of various oil and micro powder, extract liquid from plants, separation of plasma and biologic medicine, extraction of plasma from animal blood, various medicine liquid and oral liquid 


GFX105 blood plasma separator is one kind of tubular separator. This machine is the improved one on the base of the original separator and through experiment again and again. It can be extensively used in separating blood plasma and blood cell of people, pig, cow, sheep and chicken etc.It is an indispensable separation equipment before making the plasma powder&hemoglobin powder, thrombin, Albumin&immunoglobulin, SOD etc.



GQ Type is used for separating various suspension liquid, which is difficult to be separated, especially the separation of solid-liquid suspension, which is low concentration, high viscidity, fine solid phase granule, and a very small difference in solid-liquid gravity, such as clarification of various medicine liquid and oral liquid. Extract of paint, dye, as well as various protein, algae, pectin, and purification of rubber solution, etc.


 


GQ/GF75::


Small size, low production, mainly used in middle workshop or laboratory. This Separator can be installed a cooling device, check valve device, explosion-proof motor etc. according to user requirements.


 


Working Principle:


This separator consists of main body, driving device. Bowl collecting pan and liquid-in bearing the upper of the bowl is a flexible main shaft and the lower of it is damp floating bearing the main shaft is connected through and with a buffer of connecting seat and a driven wheel. The driven wheel is driven by a motor through driving wheel and tension gear to make the bowl rotate around its own axis at an extra speed and form a strong centrifuge force field. The stock sparged into rotating bowl from liquid inlet, stock-flow up to and along the inner wall of the bowl by centrifuge force and then is separated the different layer according to density difference of the different liquid components.


GF Type: Liquid phase with great density forms an outer loop and liquid phase with light density forms an inner loop, and flows to the upper of the bowl and flows out of from their respective liquid outlets. The little solid is settled on the inner wall of the bowl and discharged manually after the machine stopped.


GQ Type: Fine particles of the solid phase with great density are settled on the inner wall of the bowl gradually to form residue layer then to be discharged manually after the machine stopped. The liquid phase flows out from the liquid outlet at the bowl’s upper after clarification.
