The hydrogen absorbing and desorbing pressure and the desorbing flow of the product depend on the users’ demand. Through the use of the product, the ordinary hydrogen can be purified into the ultra high pure hydrogen of 5 N purity, which indicates that the technology of the product has reached the international advanced level. The specifications of the product are defined with the amount of the desorbing hydrogen in standard state, which is from several liters to several hundreds of cubic meters.
