Part 1: 

Function& feature:

1).It can do for the toilet paper. The punching size can be adjustable.

2).Two sets of steel to rubber embossing units

3).Automatic core loading and replacing.the logs are autoamtically pushed out after finishing winding, and 

then start winding again. The cores can be adjusted to any size of cores within one minute.   

4).Automatic trimming,gluing and sealing:it has replaced the traditional sealing of rolls with the international popular rtimming and sealing,which can have 10-18mm tails to facilitate to start pulling out the paper. At the same time, it can greatly cut down the wastage of the paper,thus to cut down the production cost.

5).Advanced PLC programmable control Technology: The winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose,to avoid the problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage.

6).With high precision screwy perforation knife.with 4 performation blades to make clear perforating. The perforating pitch controlled by gear box

7).Two backstands,pneumatic jumbo roll loading,and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumb roll.

Packing machine:

 

It will automatically group the rolls and transfer them into the bags,on configuration of 2,per bag, on one layer ,core or standing up type,with one automatic sealing machine to seal the packages coming out from the bagger.This bagger can be run only by one person.
