The set of  Length/Position controller consists of  one digital length/position controller FH8-6CRNB and one wheeled length sensor MLK-80. It's widely used in machinary of printing, packing, textile,plastic & rubber, cable $ wiring, mechnical and any other production line for auto length dection.

 

By means of the reverse rolling friction between drive gear and the measured objects(such as textile or plastic tape) or the reverse rolling tetween drive gear and the main shaft of machine producing the measured objects, the sensor sends photoelectrical signals to the controller(FH8-6CRNB). The controller will turn the photoelectrical signals to digital signals and display the  the accumulated length..
