1. WORK PRINCIPLE

 

This furnace use salt as heat-transfer medium, according to different work temperature, it can choose different salt or mixed salt of various components, the salt is not conductive before fusion, so we must start electrode when use the salt bath furnace, the current continuously produce heat by conductive molten salt, it can keep molten condition, under the action of electromagnetic force, the furnace can rapidly and evenly heat the work piece by natural convection and electromagnetic stirring.

 

 

2.FURNACE FEATURES

 

• The structure of this series of product consist of salt bath furnace proper, specified transformer, temperature system control cabinet and other auxiliary parts, the furnace proper is made of high quality angle steel and steel plate, and adopt s seamless welding technology, The insides of furnace adopts double protection impermeable tank made of high temperature resistant and anti-corrosive stainless steel, the heating salt bath trough inside the tank is made of high alumina brick and binder with high temperature resistant performance or refractory concrete at precise ratio, the machine parts work heat, work and produce in salt trough.

  The salt bath furnace adopts saline solution as heating agent, which can choose different salt or mixed salt according to different work temperature, the salt is not conductive, so start up electrode before start using furnace, the electric current can keep generating heat through conductive molten salt, it can keep molten condition, then the special working electrode made of forged steel can do the heat preservation and warming.
