Usage and Characteristics 

1. This type of cutting machines are widely used for continuous cutting applications of nonmetal materials in rolls, especially hard materials. Such products as insoles, football, volleyball or tennis panels, car interior decoration materials and medical supplies are made by this machine.

 

2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement of the cutting head. Multilayers of materials can be clamped by the cylinder for step feeding. Other feeding methods are also available on request.

 

3. The feeding length can be easily set by the human-computer interface or PLC control panel (Optional).

 

4. Special hydraulic system makes low noise possible and saves oil.

 

5. High quality and imported oil pump and other parts are available on request.

 

6. Because the machine is well controlled by PLC control panel, only one worker is required for the whole operation. Therefore, the production efficiency of this kind of die cutting machine is 3 to 5 times that of a normal cutting machine and the power can be saved by about 2/3.

 

7. Maximum cutting force of the die cutting machine caters to customer’s specific application requirements.
