Features of peanut roaster

1.This machine is made of metal and it is a single-body roaster. This machine uses the cyclical reducer as power, and the chains drive the turning mesh cage to roast the nuts. So, the nuts could be roasted evenly. No burning situation happened.

2.This machine is different with the normal pan, which is used for cooking nuts by coal-fired. It adopts the way of infrared heating to roast the nuts by heat radiation from the pipe heaters. After then the infrared heating cooks the nuts inside the mesh turning cage. The roasted nut is delicious and healthy.

3.This equipment is equipped with automatic temperature controller and time controller. Operator could adjust the roasting temperature and roasting time for every batch according to the different nuts

4. This machine could be used for roasting peanut, chickpea, walnut and cashew nut etc.

The ordinary roasting temperature is 150-220°C, it takes about 35-45 minutes to roast one pot every time.
