Introduction

 

Intelligent attemperation fabric/fiber is a new developed type of functional products that phase change material(PCM) technology combined with fabric finishing technology,have the function of the two-way temperature regulation.

 

When the outer environment temperature rise,the PCM contained in the fabric begin the phase change process,change from solid to liquid,absorb the heat then stored in fabric.

 

When the outer environment temperature lower,the PCM contained in the fabric change from liquid to solid,release the stored heat,maintain the body temperature,let the human body in a comfortable temperature state.

 

The endothermic and exothermic process of Intelligent attemperation fabric/fiber is automatic & reversible,so it is intelligent.

We can coating 15-80grams per square meter on fabric at present,the enthalpy can reach 18-80 j/m2 and has a good fastness to washing.
2.Spinning method

• cut into slices,then spinning

Whatever solution spinning and melt spinning, the mass fraction of MicroPCM are difficult to achieve 15%so the heat enthalpy is difficult to more than 30 j/m2.
